जब राम चरित मानस पढ़ा तो श्री राम जी के बाल्यकाल का एक छोटा सा टुकड़ा आज दिमाग में अचानक ही आया। भगवान श्री राम जी की माँ कौशल्या भगवान राम को महल के आंगन में खाना खिला रही है। दूर एक कौंवे की पैनी नजर रोटी पर थी। बाल श्री राम ने माता कौशल्या से रोटी अपने हाथ में ले ली। अब कौंवे को बस यह आस थी कि कब माता कौशल्या हटे और बालक से रोटी लेकर वह दूर गगन में ओझल हो जाये। भगवान श्री राम कि यह बाल लीला कहाँ उस कौंवे को पता। माता जैसे ही किसी काम से महल में गई वह कौवा रोटी पर झपटा। पर रोटी क्या मिलता वह तो भगवान श्री राम के मुँह खोलते ही उनके मुँह के अंदर चला गया। वह कौवा इस आश्चर्य चकित घटना से कुछ भी समझ न पाया। वह उस अंधकार में किस तरफ जाए या किधर न जाये कुछ न समझ सका। जिस तरफ भी आगे जाता सैकड़ो ब्रह्मांड दिखाई देने लगते। जिस ब्रह्मांड में उतरता वहां फिर कई पृथ्वी और जिस पृथ्वी पर जाता वहां कई माता कौशल्या और अनगिनत भगवान श्री राम और स्वयं को भी देखा। कौवा इस तरह कई हजारों वर्षों तक श्री राम के मुख के ब्रह्मांड में भ्रमण करता ही रहा। अंततः जब भगवान श्री राम के भक्ति का मार्ग जब उसे ...
