How to register to vote in india General voter if if residing in India any part or state of India and they must attain the age of 18 years they will be eligible for register them selves. They will apply online, offline, or direct post to address of electoral offices. By online - can apply online by filling form 6 online with uploading necessary documents mentioned at website www.nvsp.in After filling the form and uploading all doc's they are eligible for giving vote in that perticular constituency of area. By offline - you can directly fill the form 6 by taking a hard copy available at offices of electoral officers or assistant electoral officers or booth level officers. Also attach all necessary docs which are mentioned at form 6 and address it to officer's.
